We ask for 50% non-refundable booking fee to confirm your order and save the date.
Deposit is refundable only in exceptional circumstances.
The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours prior to collection.
Collection address will be sent to you after deposit has been paid.
We do not take responsibility for any damage to the cake that may occur once it has left our premises.
Always transport your cake on a flat surface like car boot or footwell.
Passenger lap is not recommended.
One hour time slot will be arranged with you to arrive and collect your cake. If you’re late or early we can not guarantee that we will be there for you.
